My research goal is to improve English language guidelines in technical communication, better analyse the process of information design, and understand the usage of usability techniques in a way such that complex online and mechanical procedures related to end-user software and hardware usage offer better affordances. I am currently designing graphical queuing techniques for static illustrations and supported English text used for online instructions in educational contexts.
