Application for Extension of Period of Stay

  • Application Forms for Extension of Period of Stay　* "For applicant, part 1 to 3" has to be completed by applicants themselves.

  • Passport
  • Residence Card
  • Copy of the Student ID Card
  • Certification of Enrollment
  • Graduation Certificate (within passed 6 months)
  • Notification of Successful Result (passed master course or doctor course)
  • Academic Transcript
  • Processing Fee: 4,000 yen *by Revenue Stamp　　　Please buy it at the university shop by yourself.
  • Certificate for Payment of Fee with your signature
  • Documents that prove the applicant's financial ability to cover living expenses　e.g. Certificate of Scholarship, copy of the bankbook
