This paper presents a fault tolerant, distributed Neuromorphic Humanoid Robot (NHURO) system designed for mission critical applications. The proposed framework incorporates a multithreaded Software Development Kit (SDK) built on Robot Operating System 2 (ROS 2), integrating perception, command interpretation, and motion execution into a unified runtime environment. A cooperative fault tolerance mechanism is further introduced to ensure task continuity and recovery in situations where an assigned robot becomes unavailable.
