We hosted a roundtable discussion featuring Yukio Yasukawa, producer of the Regional Human Resources Development Project.

On Friday, November 21, 2025, we held a roundtable discussion titled "Leveraging Insights from Successful Professionals for Your Own Career Vol. 2" with Yukio Yasukawa (Representative Director of LLC Ikinasekai, Visiting Professor at Kobe University), who produces talent development academies and women's academies nationwide and dedicates his life's work to fostering human resources in regional areas.

Mr. Yasukawa gained experience in the publishing industry, worked on new ventures and startup launches at NTT Group, then served at Tottori Prefectural Government and Tottori Bank before becoming an independent business producer in 2020.

The roundtable discussion was attended by international students and job-hunting students, who aimed to utilize the advanced insights of professionals as a guide for making career decisions and building careers rooted in regional and local areas.

During the roundtable discussion, participants engaged in dialogue with the instructor to explore career paths beyond Tokyo or large corporations, deepening the conversation. Students attempted to transcend conventional thinking, drawing inspiration from Mr. Yasukawa's "work while traveling" approach. Furthermore, by articulating personal thoughts they typically keep private, they gained valuable insights.
