On Tuesday, October 28, 2025, f-com Co., Ltd and the University of Aizu Public University Corporation (UoA) entered into a comprehensive partnership agreement. The purpose of this agreement is to strengthen the foundation for human resource development and industrial promotion in the ICT field by mutually collaborating and complementing each other in areas such as ICT human resource development projects, enhancing the functions of ICT industry promotion and industry-academia collaboration hub facilities, and solving regional issues utilizing ICT technology.
The scope of the collaboration is as follows:
(1) Promotion of joint initiatives related to ICT human resource development.
(2) Enhancement of the functions of facilities serving as hubs for ICT industry promotion and industry-academia collaboration.
(3) Other areas deemed necessary for mutual collaboration and cooperation to solve regional issues through the utilization of ICT technologies.

The agreement signing ceremony held on the day was attended by f-com Co., Ltd. President and Representative Director Saito, Managing Director Nihei, and Director Honda; and from UoA, Chairman and President Tsukahara, Vice Chairman and Vice President Iwase, Director and Secretary General Tsurumi, and Specially Appointed Professor Yashiro.
In the ceremony, Professor Yashiro outlined the planned "Cyber Attack Countermeasure Exercise Workshop" scheduled for December as a post-signing collaborative initiative.

Building on this cooperation agreement, we will further deepen our collaboration with f-com Co., Ltd. Leveraging our university's academic and educational expertise, facilities, and human resource development know-how, we will work to strengthen the foundation for human resource development and industrial promotion in the ICT field.
