TRAN T.T. Huyen, a PhD student supervised by Prof. TRUONG Cong Thang(※1) at the Computer Communications Laboratory , won the Outstanding Paper Award for Young C&C Researchers(※2) .
The award ceremony was held at the NEC Head Office Building, Tokyo, on January 28, 2020.
Each year, three research papers are selected by the NEC C&C Foundation for this award.
The awarded paper is "An LSTM-based approach for overall quality prediction in HTTP adaptive streaming". This paper was presented at the IEEE International Conference on Computer Communications (INFOCOM 2019) (※3) which was held in Paris, France from April 29 to May 2.
