At VINCI'24(*1), which was held in Hsinchu, Taiwan from December 11th to 13th, 2024, a paper presented by KOMO Yui, a fourth-year undergraduate student at our university (co-authored with Professor TAKAHASHI Shigeo(*2) and Senior Associate Professor NISHIMURA Satoshi(*3) of our university's Department of Information Systems) won the Honorable Mention Award (Special Paper Award).
 This award was given to the paper by KOMO et al. as the second highest-rated paper out of the 13 technical papers (full paper acceptance rate: 31.7%). This international conference is known as an international conference where papers on art are presented in addition to the fields of visualization and interaction, and all accepted papers are published in the ACM Digital Library.
