On Thursday, March 15, 2018, the University of Aizu and Shirakawa City signed a collaboration agreement with the aim of contributing to human resource development, industrial promotion, and regional contributions through mutual cooperation and collaboration.
The signing ceremony for the collaboration agreement was attended by Mayor Suzuki of Shirakawa City, Director of Industry Division Kimura, Chancellor and President Oka from the University of Aizu, Director and Secretary General Yasuharu Miyamura, and Director Jiro Iwase from the University of Aizu.
