[Important] Results of Investigation on Reported Use of Public Research Funds at the Public University Corporation, the University of Aizu

This is to inform you about an investigation on the use of public research fund conducted by an Investigation Committee established by the University of Aizu. In accordance with Article 14.1 of the Regulations Concerning the Handling of Public Research Funds at the Public University Corporation, the University of Aizu, we hereby we disclose that the following facts were recognized by the committee as a result of the investigation:
- The university failed to follow the legally-required procedures for commissioning a Research Assistant
- There were cases that compensation for labor provisions were not paid.
