The Aizu IT Aki Forum 2018 was held at the University of Aizu on Friday, October 19, 2018. A total of about 800 people visited the event.
During the morning sessions, Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Microsoft Japan Co.in addition President and Representative Director, Microsoft Development Corporation SAKAKIBARA, Akira as well as Director, Robot Industry Promotion Office, Fukushima Prefectural Government,Kitashima Akifumi.
During the afternoon sessions, external lecturers and our faculty members presented their pioneering initiatives in four fields of study.
At 5:00 p.m., the event venue was moved to off campus where the lightning talks sessions were held and our students presented their research for a short period of time.
