Korean Elementary School Students Enjoy Visit to the University

88 people of boy and girl scouts with their leaders of the "South Seoul Council, Korea Scout Association" visited the University of Aizu to exchange with our faculty and students from Korea on Friday, January 22. The Council acts in areas Hagan River, Seoul. At the meeting, Associate Professor Jung-pil Shin (Multimedia Systems Laboratory) welcomed the group, and Mr. Won-Du Chang from Busan, a doctoral student of the Graduate School, introduced the University and his research, and answered questions asked by the scouts. After the meeting, our Korean students showed the group around the campus.
The University of Aizu accepts requests for campus visits from overseas groups visiting Fukushima Prefecture, and provides opportunities to exchange with our international students.
