Professor Mirenkov Received the Title of Professor Emeritus

In recognition of his outstanding contribution to the University's advancement, Professor Nikolay Mirenkov was conferred the title of Professor Emeritus by the University of Aizu. Professor Mirenkov, who is from Russia, had served as a full professor since the University's establishment in 1993, and made significant achievements as Vice President and Dean of the Graduate School of Computer Science and Engineering.
President Tsunoyama presented the certificate and a commemorative gift to Professor Mirenkov at the conferment ceremony held on Monday, March 29.
