Doctoral Thesis Presentation AY 2010 Spring

Two students successfully completing the Doctoral Program at the Graduate School of Computer Science and Engineering gave oral presentations on their doctoral theses. The presentation meeting was held on Tuesday, March 16, at the Lecture Theater, starting from 9:30 a.m. Presentations were given in English. Mr. Mizuo Kansen presented his research "Analysis Methods for Grasping Learner's Status from Multiple Viewpoints and Their Applications to e-Learning Systems" and Mr. Julian Villegas from Colombia did his presentation titled "Psychoacoustic Roughness Applications in Music". After the presentation, their instrutors introduced their great efforts to obtain the degree. President Tsunoyama and Dean Mirenkov of the Graduaate School offered words of encouragement wishing their continued success in the future.
The degree conferment ceremony is scheduled on Tuesday, March 23.
