Associate Professor Peng Li (*1) of Computer Organization Lab (*2) won the "IEEE computer Society Japan Chapter Young Author Award" (*3).
This award honors active young researchers who made excellent achivements for their research and published the papers on prestigious journals or at top conferences of IEEE Computer Society.
On December 17, 2014, Associate Prof. Li attended the award ceremony at National Institute of Informatics (NII) and gave a presentation about his research "The Multicast Capacities for Energy-Constrained Lossy Wireless Networks using Network Coding".
The IEEE Computer Society (*4) is the world's premier organization of computing professionals. The Japan Chapter offers opportunities for forming network of professionals through publication of journals, hosting conferences and workshops, etc to the members of Japan.
