Announcement Volunteers Needed! For prevention of spread of COVID-19

We are broadcasting an announcement daily for you to be more aware of the need for prevention of the spread of COVID-19.
We are searching for as many people as possible to volunteer for recording this announcement, so please give your support for the prevention of COVID-19.

1. Recording contents.
・Start recording with your name and home country or town (can be name of club), then record the official message (see referential scenario ※).
・In addition to an English recording, you can use your native language as part of your message.
2. Recording method.
・Please record your voice using a smartphone or other device in a quiet environment and convert it to MP3 format.

3. Submission method.
・Please send MP3 data to "cl-planpr@u-aizu.ac.jp" by e-mail.
※If it's difficult to follow the above methods 2 and 3, please contact cl-planpr@u-aizu.ac.jp to record using an on-campus facility.
