Join us for a unique event celebrating the beauty and heritage of Aizu Cotton! We are honored to welcome Harappa Corporation, a company dedicated to preserving and revitalizing this centuries-old tradition.

●Special Speaker: Nana Yamazaki●
Nana Yamazaki, a designer who has introduced Aizu cotton fashion to New Yorkers, will join us live via Zoom from New York to share her insights into Aizu Cotton and its potential.

●Hands-On Workshop●
Create your very own Aizu Cotton wrist strap! Choose from a variety of traditional patterns. These durable and stylish straps are perfect for carrying your phone, car keys, or house keys - a piece of heritage you can use every day.

●Exclusive Factory Tour●
The strap will give you an entitlement to see the inside of Harappa's factory, usually closed to the public. Don't miss this behind-the-scenes experience!

●Nana Yamazaki Biography●
Representative of Yamma Sangyo & Aizu Cotton Factory Harappa
Born in Kumamoto Prefecture. Graduated from Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music. In 2008, she founded Yamma Sangyo. In 2015, she took over the business of Harayama Textile Factory, a factory of Aizu cotton, which was about to close down. With her strength in being involved in the entire process from production to planning and sales, she is also developing overseas sales channels.
