Entrance Ceremony of AY2024

The Entrance Ceremony of AY2024 will be held as follows.

Wednesday, April 3, 2024 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

*The reception desk will be open at 9:00 a.m.
After the reception, please take a seat by 9:40 a.m.

(2) Declaration of Admission to the University

(3) President's Address

(4) Guest Congratulatory Speech

(5) Oath by the New Students

(6) Closing Address

Please be informed that there is limited seating available for parents/guardians inside the venue (the University of Aizu Auditorium). We kindly request the participation of one parent/guardian per incoming student.

If you are unable to enter the venue, we will broadcast the ceremony live at another place. You may watch the proceedings from there.

During the ceremony, individual name calls will not be conducted.
