AY 2023 Autumn Degree Conferment Ceremony will be held as follow.
- Date and Time
Wednesday, September 13, 2023 10:00 a.m.
(The reception desk will open at 9:20 a.m.)
*After the reception, please take a seat by 9:30 a.m.
- Place
Lobby lounge, 1st floor of the Administration Complex, the University of Aizu
- Order
(1) Opening Address
(2) Conferment of Degree Certificates
(3) Ceremonial Address
(4) Commendation of Students
(5) Presentation of commemorative gifts
(6) Farewell Address by a Graduate
(7) Closing Address
- Group photos will be taken after the ceremony.
4. What to bring on the day of the event
Please bring your student ID card on the day.
For those who will not be entering the graduate school of the University of Aizu, your student ID card will be collected at the reception desk.
