This is to notify that a university staff member was confirmed to be infected with the COVID-19 virus.
1. Infected individual:
Female staff member in her 40s.
2. Actions before infection was confirmed:
Friday, March 12: The individual visited a medical institution tested pseudo positive for coronavirus antigen.
3. Current Status:
No one from the University of Aizu was in close contact with the virus.
